Abstract: An electronic component base for an electronic component is disclosed to have a top wall adapted to accommodate an electronic component core, diagonally extended wire grooves in the top wall for guiding out lead wires of the loaded electronic component core, a bottom wall, a plurality of electrically conducting zones in the bottom wall, four peripheral walls, four chamfered angles alternatively connected between the peripheral walls, and four conducting side grooves respectively extended from the wire grooves to the electrically conducting zones for receiving the lead wires of the electronic component core from the wire grooves.
Abstract: A choke includes a base body, a plating layer and at least a coiled wire. The base body is a solid conductor with a cylindrical reel between an upper plate and a base bottom. The base bottom at two lateral sides thereof extends downward a base foot respectively and at least one of the base feet at an inner side thereof close to a support foot, which extends downward. A wire groove is formed between the base foot and the support foot. The plating layer is a conductor and plated on at least a pair of corners formed by the base feet, the support feet and the wire groove. The coiled wire is a metal wire with an outer insulation, which is wound up the reel with two wire ends thereof being connected to the plating layer.
Abstract: A fixture for assembling an inductor is a flat locating seat with an upper side thereof having a locating nest corresponding to the RI core of the inductor and having a central part corresponding to a locating part disposed at the bottom of the DR core in the inductor. The inductor can be located at the fixture and operations such as soldering and spot gluing can be performed steadily.
Abstract: A filter for removing electric noises from an electric wire is disclosed to include an electrically insulative hollow cylindrical casing formed of two symmetric half shells joined by flexible hinge strips and detachably locked by a fastening device, each half shell having two notched end walls and a male locating device, and two magnetic core members mounted inside the casing and abutted against each other to hold an electric wire in therebetween, each magnetic core member having a longitudinally extended recessed portion located on the inside wall to accommodate the electric wire and a female locating device for receiving the male locating devices of the half shells of the casing.
Abstract: A base for an electronic component is made of insulation material and a pair of oppositely disposed wire holes are defined in the base next to an edge of the base for being passed through with wound wires or contacts.
