Abstract: A smart card securing mechanism for securing a first smart card and a second smart card includes a base, a first latching member, a second latching member, and an elastic sheet. The base includes a first connector. The first latching member is positioned on one side of the base. The second latching member includes a second connector and is positioned on another side of the base. The elastic sheet is mounted to the base. The first smart card is received in a space defined between the base and the first latching member. The second smart card is received in a space defined between the base and the second latching member. The elastic sheet abuts against the second smart card.

Abstract: A robotic arm includes a driving unit, a first arm assembly connected to the driving unit, and a second arm assembly. The first arm includes two balls. The second arm assembly includes two arms and two intermediate members. Each intermediate member is secured to an end of one of the two arms. Each intermediate member defines a receiving recess. Abstract: In a method for reporting a location of a portable electronic device, an acceleration of the portable electronic device is detected via an accelerometer of the portable electronic device. The portable electronic device is determined as falling when a difference between the acceleration of the portable electronic device and an acceleration of gravity is in a predetermined range. An angular velocity of the portable electronic device is detected via a gyroscope of the portable electronic device when the portable electronic device is determined as falling. The portable electronic device is determined as static when the angular velocity of the portable electronic device equals zero. If the portable electronic device is static for a predetermined time period, location information of the portable electronic device is collected from a global position system receiver of the portable electronic device. The location information is sent to a target electronic device.
