Abstract: A computer-implemented system for aggregating and analyzing financial and other data for creating reports and decisions in real-time is provided. The system includes a first computer for sending an order, a server for receiving the order and sending an order communication, a second computer for receiving the order communication and transmitting account information, and an account server having at least one non-relational database containing transaction data related to a requester. A data relevancy engine operable on the server aggregates, analyzes, and performs calculations using the transaction data to generate reports based on one or more rules or rulesets. Each rule is created via a relational query directed at at least one of the one or more non-relational databases or at other existing rules. The system also provides an approved determination or a denied determination in response to a request for credit, other financing, a new account, insurance, or a lease.
