    Abstract: An apparatus for suspension training may include at least one supporting strap and at least one moveable handle, wherein the moveable handle further includes a first and second end and the first and second ends further include an engageable locking means and the engageable locking means are in communication with the support strap. In this way the position of the moveable handles may be easily adjusted, increasing the convenience of moving the moveable handles to undertake different exercises using the training or exercise device.
