  • Patent number: 10442840
Abstract: The invention relates to artificial forisome bodies including a fusion protein of at least one SEO-F protein or an at least 50-amino acid portion thereof, and at least one additional protein or peptide, with the exception of GFP and the Venus protein, wherein in an embodiment the forisome body further includes an unfused SEO-F protein or a form of the protein having C-terminal deletions of up to 45 amino acids and/or N-terminal deletions of up to 13 amino acids, wherein the unfused SEO-F protein is selected from proteins having the property of being capable of forming homomeric forisome bodies in the absence of additional SEO-F proteins.

  • Publication number: 20150353945
Abstract: The present invention is directed to nucleic acid sequences coding for a protein which, (1) under a respective promoter, is able to suppress or repress or delay flowering of a plant, and (2) includes the motive “NAPDIIDS” (SEQ ID NO: 10) or, in preferred cases, “VNAPDIIDS” SEQ ID NO: 67), with the exception of the nucleic acid of the gene StSP5G or a part thereof. Preferably, the nucleic acid sequence belongs phylogenetically to the FT-clade of the PEBP gene family, wherein the motive “(V)NAPDIIDS” (SEQ ID NO: 68) is in place of the “(V)YAPGW” motive_ (SEQ ID NO: 69) of the flowering promoting proteins AtFT and BvFT2. The invention is further directed to peptides or proteins, obtainable by expression of the nucleic acid of any of the preceding claims, vectors, comprising a nucleic acid sequence as defined above, and to plants, parts of plants, or seed of plants, the plants comprising such a nucleic acid sequence.

  • Publication number: 20110265852
Abstract: The invention relates to an open concentrator system for solar radiation comprising a hollow mirror and a photovoltaic module comprising a plurality of solar cells disposed in the focus of said hollow mirror, the photovoltaic module being encapsulated by a housing. The housing is thereby configured such that it has a transparent cover at least in the region of the incident radiation reflected by the hollow mirror and such that this transparent cover is at a spacing from photovoltaic module, i.e. is situated in the cone of the incident radiation.

  • Patent number: 6664132
Abstract: In a method of producing three-dimensional circuits, a first and a second substrate are first provided, each of said substrates having arranged therein a plurality of components which have been tested with regard to their operability. The second substrate is diced so as to obtain a plurality of individual chips, each individual chip comprising at least one component. Subsequently, the individual chips are arranged on the first substrate and connected to said first substrate so that operative components in said first substrate are connected to individual chips including an operative component, and so that non-operative components in said first substrate are connected to chip elements having no function, so as to obtain a three-dimensional complete structure. Finally, the three-dimensional complete structure is diced so as to obtain three-dimensional circuits.

  • Patent number: 6444265
Abstract: In a method for producing a titanium monophosphide layer, a carrier is first placed in a reactor. Thereafter, a TiN layer is deposited on the carrier by supplying TiCl4 ad NH3 into the reactor. The TiN layer is annealed immediately after deposition of the TiN layer while PH3 is supplied to the reactor, in order to form the titanium monophosphide layer on the TiN layer.
