Abstract: A sound bar includes a housing, a rotary member, first and second speaker boxes, and a gear mechanism. The rotary member is rotatable with respect to the housing. The first and second speaker boxes are slidable with respect to the housing, respectively. The first and second speaker boxes are disposed at opposite end portions of the housing in a lengthwise direction of the housing, respectively. The gear mechanism is disposed between the rotary member and the first and second speaker boxes. The gear mechanism is configured to slide both the first and second speaker boxes with respect to the housing in opposite directions of the housing along the lengthwise direction of the housing in response to a rotational movement of the rotary member.
