Abstract: A pile installing system for a pile including a cylindrical wall surrounding a hollow space, the system having a central cutter which is locatable at a lower end of the pile for loosening soil below the hollow space upon installing the pile into the ground and which is displaceable within the pile in longitudinal direction thereof so as to remove the central cutter from the pile after installing the pile in the ground, a peripheral cutter locatable at the lower end of the pile for loosening soil below the cylindrical wall, a soil passage for guiding loosened soil from below the cutters to the hollow space, and a soil conveying member for transporting loosened soil upwardly through the hollow space. The soil passage is located at at least one of the central and peripheral cutter at a radial distance from the cylindrical wall.

Abstract: In one embodiment there is provided a lawn dart having a shaft that connects to a head assembly at one end thereof. A sleeve is mounted coaxially about the shaft. The sleeve has an inner profile that matches a predetermined cross-section of the sleeve such that the sleeve is capable of axially movement and not capable of rotationally movement relative to the shaft. A plurality of fins is mounted on the sleeve.

The device includes an interior lateral panel positioned within the interior of the device and which separates the interior into a tumbler compartment and a holding compartment. The holding compartment can be used to store playing cards. The device also includes at least one ramp in the tumbler compartment that leads to an exit opening. Dice dropped into the tumbler compartment can get scrambled and will slide out of the exit opening. The cover the top and exit opening on the device, a hinged panel door is included. The hinged panel door has a rear panel to cover the exit opening and a top panel to cover the top of the device.

Abstract: In accordance with one embodiment of the present invention there is provided a hoop having an inner circumference that generally forms a circle with an inner diameter sufficient to receive portion of a human body therethrough. A weighted member is slidably secured onto the hoop to increase a centrifugal force of the hoop when in use. The weighted member has a central body with two ends diametrically opposed and has a hollow channel aligned with the two ends. The two ends being sized to slide over the hoop. Bushings may be inserted into the two ends to reduce friction.

The recess includes a platform on which an “engine” domino tile is placed to commence the game. The platform can be depressed to activate a sound generation component that is operable to produce simulated train sounds. The game board can include a circuit board that carries a resiliently depressible switch that is operably coupled to the platform. The switch can support the platform in its normal position and can restore the platform to that normal position after the “engine” domino and platform have been depressed during game play.

A magnet attracting metal surface is positioned below the exposed game playing surface so that game pieces, which include magnets, may be placed on the game playing surface without being inadvertently displaced. The housing further contains an integral die throwing apparatus, and an integral drawer for holding game pieces when not in use.

Abstract: An earth displacement drill is provided including a drill tube which can be driven for rotary movement and a boring tip connected thereto, wherein the boring tip has a cylindrical part which adjoins the drill tube and has at least two helical strips uniformly distributed around the circumference, which climb upwardly at a shallow angle, with the flat side of the strips preferably extending substantially parallel to the radius at the relevant position and in particular only over a fraction of the circumference of the cylindrical part. The boring tip also has a tapering part located beneath the cylindrical part and having at least two arched surfaces which are uniformly distributed around the tapering part. These arched surfaces expediently extend approximately parallel to the vertical and preferably more steeply than the helical strips.

The apparatus also includes a towing apparatus for transporting the movement device from a first location to a second location during the game playing period. The towing apparatus is movable in a predetermined path of movement. A method of playing a game with a number of players is also disclosed.
