    Abstract: A method and unit for combined transfer-turnover of packets of cigarettes, whereby the packets are fed successively by a first conveyor in a first direction perpendicular to a front first face of each packet and along a portion of a path extending through a transfer station, to which each packet is supplied in time with a respective suction seat carried by a second conveyor, which engages the first face of the packet by suction, and removes the packet from the transfer station in a second direction parallel to the first face.
