Abstract: An assembly-type female connector is generally comprised of an internal frame body and a group of socket terminals. The internal frame body comprises a main body, a lateral cover, and an outer cover, wherein at least two first slots are formed on the outside of the main body. The outer cover is composed of at least two independent segments, wherein each segment has an inwardly extended first wall and an inwardly extended second wall for insertion into the first slots of the main body, respectively, whereby the first walls of the segments and the second walls of the segments can be jointly, tightly inserted into the first slots of the main body. As a result, the outer cover and the main body can be assembled to each other, and the integral structure has a detachable tight assemblage.
Abstract: A plug inner frame comprises a frame in the form of a block and at least two blades securely held by the frame. Each blade includes an enclosed section and an exposed section. Each blade includes an end having a wire-receiving groove. A neck is defined between the wire-receiving groove and the exposed section. The neck of each blade is so twisted that the wire-receiving grooves of the blades face the same direction.
Abstract: A combination of an inner frame and at least two blades for a plug is provided. The combination includes an inner frame and at least two blades. The inner frame includes at least two positioning holes and at least two hook members respectively located adjacent to the positioning holes. Each blade extends through an associated one of the positioning holes of the inner frame. Each blade includes a portion engaged with an associated one of the hook members, thereby retaining the blades in the inner frame during formation of a housing of a plug by injection molding.
Abstract: A plug blade includes a front section and a rear section. The rear section has a through-hole extending from a first face of the rear section through a second face of the rear section opposite to the first face. An insulating laying is formed on the rear section by injection molding and fills the though-hole of the rear section of the plug blade. The insulating layer includes a flange that abuts against an inner face of an inner frame during a procedure for forming a housing of a plug, thereby preventing moisture from entering an interior of the housing of the plug.
