Abstract: Frame for an electric apparatus for cutting ceramic elements preferably manufactured by a drawing and punching process starting from a metallic plate, being the frame a unique and continuous part in which one or more lined up going through grooves are arranged along which the cutting disc is movable to carry out the cutting of the ceramic tiles, having one or more bulgings directed in a convex form towards the interior part of the frame, being arranged in each of them a first orifice for draining out the water for cooling the cutting disc, second and third bulgings of the metallic plate being aimed at attachment means and abutment means for foldable legs and first bulgings for joining of the guide supporting and leading the cutting disc.

Abstract: A toolholder guide system in manual ceramic cutters, including parallel guides for the longitudinal movement of a toolholder that has a handle for the actuation thereof and carries a cutting tool for scoring a ceramic part. The guides are formed by a profile, for example made of aluminium, each guide having upper and lower steel rods, disposed longitudinally, forming races for bearing carriages disposed on the sides of the toolholder. Each bearing carriage has two end bearings disposed at the same height and at least one intermediate bearing disposed at a lower height than the two end bearings.

Abstract: A set square for manual ceramic cutters, including a ruler intended to be rotatably mounted and secured to a base of a manual ceramic cutter, defining various angles; a stop that is mounted on the ruler and can be moved longitudinally; and a tightening element for securing to the ruler. The cross-section of the ruler includes two oblique planes that converge towards an intermediate surface provided with a longitudinal recess having a generally T-shaped cross section, for mounting the tightening element. The lateral stop includes two oblique planes facing the ruler and having the same slope as the oblique planes of the ruler, and which converge towards an intermediate surface that has an opening to mount the tightening element.

Abstract: A removable ruler for manual ceramic cutters which can be rotatably mounted on the base of a manual ceramic cutter and which includes a rotary platform permanently secured to the base of the cutter by a rotary shaft; and two removable lateral extensions. The platform includes securing means for the rapid coupling and subsequent uncoupling of the lateral extensions.

Abstract: A base for manual ceramic cutters, which is provided with a support surface for the ceramic parts to be cut, the base including a rigid profile in the central longitudinal area, which rigid profile is secured to the supports of longitudinal displacement guides for a tool-holder head; and two lateral platforms mounted on the rigid profile by longitudinal shafts, which lateral platforms can be lowered between a horizontal use position, in which they form a support surface for the ceramic parts to be cut, and an inoperative position, in which the base defines a smaller surface area.

Abstract: A drill guide, of the type that has a main body with a flat base and an aperture for assisting the movement of a drill bit, interchangeable drilling heads for guiding drill bits of different diameters, the heads designed to be optionally attached and fit onto the housing defined according to the size of through hole of the main body that has the aforementioned interchangeable drilling heads and inside apertures of different diameters on each drilling head, the apertures are specifically designed to guide drill bits of different diameters, a positioning device for attaching the drilling head in use in a set position inside the housing, and a retaining device for retaining any of the interchangeable drilling heads inside the housing.

Abstract: The invention relates to a cutter including: a base (1) with an upper surface for supporting the ceramic part (9a, 9b, 9c) to be cut, a longitudinal rail (2) positioned above the longitudinal mid-zone of the base (1) parallel thereto, and a moveable handle (3) bearing the cutting disc (4) and having a longitudinal passage for guiding same. The handle (3) includes a cam (5) disposed vertically facing the lower end of the rail (2) and associated with a positioning knob (7) which determines the position of cam (5) sectors of different heights in relation to the lower end of the rail (2), in order to position the handle (3) at different heights but at a similar angle during the cutting of parts of different thicknesses.

Abstract: The device has a first lower substantially flat body, which has in its upper part a flexible post with a narrowed or weakened portion and a second upper body with the passage for receiving and securing said post. The flexible post, which has a rectangular cross section, has in its main surfaces respective mutually opposed toothings, which teeth are offset in the lengthwise direction and the passage of the second body has two latching pawls mutually opposed, so that in the operative position of the devices, the teeth of the flexible post engage in an alternate form with said latching pawls. The second body has a bell like hollow form with a lower widened contact mouth or border.
