Abstract: The present inventing relates to a method for marking at least one inner face of a container with at least one given pattern, in which method the inside of said inner face is at least partially coated with a pigmented sol-gel layer that reacts to laser radiation, by spraying or by means of a stamp applied to a precise zone of the layer provided for containing the pattern, and the pattern is developed by interaction between the sol-gel and UV laser radiation specifically programmed according to the pattern to be revealed, the UV laser radiation being emitted by a device comprising an optical system having a long optical length that allows a field depth of more than 1 mm to be obtained. The present invention also relates to a device suitable for implementing this method and to a container obtained by this method.
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing a hybrid organo-mineral layer (12) for coating the inner surface (13) of a receptacle as well as to said receptacle for holding products that are biocompatible for humans and/or animals. According to the invention, a solution is formed that contains at least one solvent, water, at least one complexing molecular alkoxysilane precursor, at least one organo-functional molecular precursor and/or silicone, and a catalytic acid, the complexed solution, which is undergoing hydrolysis and condensation, is applied to at least one portion of the inner surface of the receptacle, the applied solution is dried at a specific temperature, and the receptacle is conveyed away and stored.
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing a neutral barrier layer for coating the inner surface of a receptacle for holding products that are biocompatible for humans and/or animals, and to the receptacle obtained by said method. According to the invention, a solution is formed that contains at least one solvent, water, at least one complexing molecular alkoxysilane precursor, at least one surfactant, at least one pigment and/or coloring agent, and a catalytic acid, the complexed solution, which is undergoing hydrolysis and condensation, is homogeneously applied to at least one portion of the inner surface of the receptacle, the applied solution is dried at a specific drying temperature such that a layer is formed which is opaque, translucid and/or forms a particular pattern, and the receptacle is conveyed away, stored and filled with the product.
Abstract: A method for coating at least one portion of the inner surface of a container with a curable liquid material, a device for implementing said method; and a container obtained by said method. The container is positioned on a holder and secured thereto; a tool for applying the coating is inserted into the container and the coating liquid is applied using the tool on the inner surface of the container. The container is tilted at a first angle determined in relation to the vertical and rotated relative to the tool at a first predetermined speed V, while heating said container to a predetermined temperature. The liquid coating material is uniformly applied to the inner surface of the container to obtain a uniform, substantially identical thickness.
Abstract: A method for producing a layer for coating the inner surface of a container and a glass or plastic container obtained by said method, wherein said container is suitable for containing products biocompatible with humans and/or animals. The method includes: forming a solution containing a solvent, water, a molecular precursor comprising alkoxy groups and an acid as a catalyst, mixing said solution to initiate hydrolysis and condensation, applying the resulting solution onto at least one portion of the inner surface of the container, while the solution is in the process of gelling, the resulting applied solution is then dried at a temperature for a predetermined time, before curing. The acid is citric acid, wherein said citric acid is at a concentration of less than 6 mol/l, and in that the solution comprises less than 1.5 units of precursor for each volume unit of acid.
