When the operating rod is pulled rearwardly, the hook member is driven to pivotally rotate relative to the pivot seat such that, the hook member presses and moves the rear end of the resilient retaining arm member, so as to deform the resilient retaining arm member, thereby allowing for removal of an adapter from the optical fiber connector.
