Abstract: Systems and method of the present invention provide for one or more server computers configured to identify, within a database, an invitee the invitee's attendance status for an electronic calendar event; generate a control panel comprising a selectable list of a plurality of attendance statuses, including the attendance status of the at least one invitee; transmit the control panel to a client computer; receive a selection of the attendance status of the at least one invitee and a message content for the electronic message; and transmit the electronic message to the at least one invitee.
