    Abstract: An integrated structure of an inkjet head and an antenna includes a metal heat dissipation board, a flexible (or rigid) circuit board and an antenna module. The metal heat dissipation has an elongated printing ribbon. The flexible (or rigid) circuit board is mounted on the metal heat dissipation board, and has one end electrically connected with the printing ribbon and the other end having a plurality of parallel circuits mounted thereon and connected to external control circuits. The antenna module is directly mounted on and electrically connected with the flexible (or rigid) circuit board. Given the integrated structure, the antenna module is effectively mounted on the inkjet head to reduce the size of the structure and lower the cost thereof.

    Abstract: A power control circuit of a variable-frequency opto-interrupter for a printer has a plurality of impedances electrically connected with a receiving terminal of the opto-interrupter in parallel for multi-stage variable adjustment, an IR photodiode having stronger penetration and adopted to a transmitting terminal, and a variable frequency generator generating variable frequency signal and electrically connected with a negative pole pin of the IR photodiode through a switching transistor. Accordingly, the emitting intensity of the opto-interrupter is significantly enhanced so that various printing media are penetrated through by infrared beams and the emitting intensity is adjusted to adapt to acquire a broader dynamic range of the load of the receiving terminal.

    Abstract: An apparatus and a method for multichannel sequence transmission and control comprises a DMA generator, a bus interface, a data generator, a control unit, and a strobe signal generator. The DMA generator is coupled to the bus interface and the data generator to operate with the control unit and the strobe signal generator. A step of initial setting is an external microcontroller generates a TPH shift clock and a TPH latch signal needed by a print head. A step of transmitting data is the DMA generator transmits a printing data to the data generator for being buffered and moved to a latch register in the print head and then the strobe signal generator provides the signal period of the respective strobe signal and the time spacing between the respective strobe signal to allow a multiplexer outputting the actual strobe signals, which are combined from the virtual strobe signals, to the print head. A step of heating the print head is the print head prints the assigned data until the strobe signals ending.
