  • Patent number: 11820570
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a conductive sheet and an embossed carrier tape that can reduce detachment of carbon black and prevents deterioration of buckling strength. A conductive sheet for an embossed carrier tape for mounting an electronic component, in which the conductive sheet has a configuration in which a surface layer having conductivity is laminated on at least one surface of a core layer; the core layer and the surface layer each contain a common material constituted of only a combination of three types of polystyrene-based resins of styrene-butadiene copolymer resin, general purpose polystyrene resin, and high impact polystyrene resin; a common material constituting the core layer and a common material constituting the surface layer have the same compounding ratio; and the surface layer is formed by kneading carbon black in the common material.

  • Patent number: 5772038
Abstract: A parts transporting tray (1) has a rectangular body, a plurality of parts receiving pits (6) formed in the upper face of the body, rows of detention means (2) each formed along one of perimeters of the body such that the adjacent trays can engage one with another, and a locking means (5) for keeping engaged the detention means of the adjacent trays. Each row consists of an upper and lower series of recesses (3) and protrusions (4) alternating one another at a constant pitch and being of a half thickness of the body. The protrusions on one perimeter are staggered with respect to those on the other perimeter, and each protrusion having a hooking portion (4a) facing transverse sides of the tray's body. The protrusions on one tray can loosely fit in the recesses on the other tray, and the trays are caused to slide relatively so that the protrusions on the neighboring trays engage with the recesses when a desired number of the trays are disintegratively connected one to another.

  • Patent number: 5727752
Abstract: A reel for transporting elongate articles has a pair of substantially flat and round discs, and a hub of a cylindrical shape and interposed between the discs to connect them one to another. Hooks each having a hooking head and a body are secured to an inner periphery of the hub. One or more resilient pawls are provided for each disc, the pawl having a locking end and a body also secured to the inner periphery. The hooking heads are bent perpendicular to the respective bodies, facing in the same circular direction and protruding from open ends of the hub beyond an outer face of each disc. The locking end of the pawl is elastically and temporarily displaceable in an axial direction of the hub. Slots are formed in each disc for engagement with the respective the hooking heads.

  • Patent number: 5526936
Abstract: Each of trays forming a tray assembly has a main body having a recess for holding an article to be transported. Connectors protruding from a front and rear sides of the main body mate with each other so that the trays are linked to be flexible relative to each other. Elastic and rockable members formed integral with each main body have locking pawls capable of engaging with the article. Each locking pawl integral with the rockable member and positioned in the recess is always urged to engage with and hold in place the article, such that the pawls can be elastically retracted for an easier loading and unloading of the articles onto and from the recesses.

  • Patent number: 5333733
Abstract: A linked flexible band-like container for transporting precision devices has a series of recesses for receiving the devices, and a row of small portions at regular intervals along its lateral side(s) and engageable with driving lugs of a stepping driver. The container is composed of a row of repeating plastics units of the same dimension in the longitudinal direction, each unit defines at least one recess and has transverse sides "A" and "B". Each of junctions between these sides is a hinge which allows the adjacent sides to rotate relative to and in parallel with each other, due to a distance from the junction to the closest aperture on one unit is the same as that to the closest aperture on the next unit. The container having the rigid units can be bent without causing any curvature to remain after it is stretched.
