    Abstract: A two-piece clip assembly for affixing a pliable bag to a container. One piece is comprised of a grabbing device capable of an open position and a closed position. The second piece is comprised of a locking device that configures the grabbing device between the open position and the closed position. The grabbing device is configured to affix a bag against a container in the closed position, and allow release of the bag from the container in the open position.
