Abstract: A system for managing mobile electronic devices in a network, including a plurality of mobile electronic devices, at least one network processor, directory service software executing on the at least one network processor for providing user data pertaining to users of the plurality of mobile electronic devices, at least one mobility server in communication with the at least one network processor, and device management software executing on the at least one mobility server for receiving the user data and sending at least one mobile application to one or more of the plurality of mobile electronic devices based on the user data.
