    Abstract: A cooler cabinet having an opening defining an access to the interior of the cabinet, the rear of the cabinet being the coldest part of the cabinet, the cabinet comprising at least one shelf with spaced apart vertical walls which together define a flow path having an inlet and an outlet, the outlet being at the front of the cabinet so that food containers to be cooled can be retrieved in succession, the flow path being arranged so that containers pass through the rear of the cabinet before they reach the outlet.
