Abstract: An apparatus including an input device for inputting transaction information regarding a transaction on an account involving an individual, a camera for obtaining a photograph of the individual which photograph is stored as a digital photograph file, a processing device which processes information regarding the transaction and generates a message containing information regarding the transaction and the digital photograph file, and a transmitter which transmits the message to a communication device associated with an individual account holder.
