    Abstract: Disclosed is a dual-band coupling low-noise amplifying circuit and an amplifier, which comprises an input frequency dividing circuit, a high-frequency amplifying circuit, a low-frequency amplifying circuit and an output combining circuit. The input frequency dividing circuit includes a first duplexer, a first capacitor and a second capacitor, and the output combining circuit includes a second duplexer, a third capacitor and a fourth capacitor. The input frequency dividing circuit divides the received radio frequency signals into high-frequency signals and low-frequency signals, then inputs the high-frequency signals into the high-frequency amplifying circuit for power amplification, and inputs the low-frequency signals into the low-frequency amplifying circuit for power amplification, and outputs the high-frequency signals and the low-frequency signals after power amplification through the output combining circuit.

    Abstract: A method for generating millimeter wave noise with a flat RF (radio frequency) spectrum includes the following steps. A noise optical signal with an optical spectrum in Gaussian shape is output by a first optical emission module. The noise optical signal is transmitted to an optical coupler. n beams of noise optical signals with optical spectra in Gaussian shape is output by a second optical emission module. The noise optical signals is transmitted to the optical coupler. The noise light generated by the first optical emission module and the second optical emission module is coupled to the optical coupler. The coupled optical signals is transmitted to a photodetector. The beat frequency is performed by the photodetector to realize mapping transformation from the optical spectra to the RF spectra. The flat millimeter wave noise is output.

    Abstract: A preparation method of SnO2@Sn coated reduced graphene oxide composite material. By compounding reduced graphene oxide and SnO2, SnO2 undergoes conversion and alloying reactions to form Sn nanoparticles, and the three components have a synergistic effect and good reversibility. Nano SnO2@Sn particles are uniformly distributed on the ultrathin RGO nanosheets. RGO can effectively alleviate volume expansion caused by SnO2 and prevent SnO2@Sn nanoparticles from agglomeration during cycle. The adhesion of SnO2@Sn on RGO can also effectively reduce the repacking of RGO nanosheets, so that the composite material maintains a large surface area during the charge-discharge process, providing sufficient space for the storage of potassium ions. Therefore, the prepared SnO2@Sn coated reduced graphene oxide composite material (SnO2 @Sn@RGO) has excellent electrochemical performance, exhibits excellent cycle performance, rate capability and long-term cycle stability, and has a very ideal first coulomb efficient.

The obtained composite photocatalyst not only facilitates the adsorption, enrichment and mass transfer of low concentration VOCs, but also efficiently degrades VOCs under sunlight. It has high degradation activity and stability when performing photocatalytic removal of VOCs in the presence of visible light, is simple in synthesis, low in preparation cost, and has strong potential for the use in environmental protection.
