    Abstract: A method of applying acoustic wave to rice seeds for increasing yield comprises the following steps: (1) Process rice seeds by winnowing and/or wet separation; (2) Soak the rice seeds for 10 to 12 hours and pre-process by acoustic wave irradiation in power density from 0.25 to 25 w/L; (3) Use acoustic wave frequency from 10 khz to 2000 khz for acoustic wave processing; (4) Take out the rice seeds processed by the acoustic wave from soaking liquid and keep the rice seeds stationary until they excrete convex white flakes. A device for applying acoustic wave to rice seeds for increasing yield comprises a container (1) for holding rice seeds and soaking liquid, and also a dasher (2); at least one ultrasonic transducer (3) for generating acoustic wave is disposed on sides or bottom of the container.

    Abstract: A synchronous ultrasonic metal welding device with double-heads has two sets of ultrasonic welding mechanisms which are installed side by side on a middle frame (18). The middle frame (18) is composed of assembling flanges (19) and two sliding stop rods (11) which are in parallel each other. The ultrasonic welding mechanisms are located on the assembling flanges (19) which are connected with driving devices (3) respectively. The driving devices (3) drive the ultrasonic welding mechanisms moving toward each other and welding synchronously. By using the welding device of the invention, multi-layer metal pieces of the power battery can be double-sided welded simultaneously by way of spot welding or roll welding, so the work efficiency can be improved, and the welding layer can be strong in one time.

    Abstract: A clamp type ultrasonic processor comprises a transducer assembly and a functional gripper. The transducer assembly comprises a transducer (1) and an amplitude transforming shaft (2) attached thereto. At least one transducer assembly is connected to the functional gripper. The functional gripper comprises an irradiation front line shaft-approximal block (3) and an irradiation front line tube-supporting block (4), and a functional gripper chamber (8) is provided in the functional gripper for accommodating an ultrasonic irradiation receiver. The irradiation front line shaft-approximal block (3) and the irradiation front line tube-supporting block (4) are connected to grip tightly the ultrasonic irradiation receiver to be irradiated. Irradiation front line shaft-approximal block (3) and/or the irradiation front line tube-supporting block (4) are connected to the amplitude transforming shaft (2). An application of the clamp type ultrasonic processor and its application in metal production are also provided.
