The method includes: obtaining a streaming media data packet; where the streaming media data packet includes at least an encoding format and a streaming media type of streaming media data; the streaming media type includes at least one of a video media type or an audio video media type; and determining, according to the encoding format and the streaming media type of the streaming media data, a plugin-free playback mode for playing back the streaming media data.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an encoding method, a decoding method, an encoding apparatus, a decoding apparatus and devices thereof. The method may include: in response to determining that an adaptive loop filter (ALF) sequence control enabling flag of a sequence parameter set (SPS) syntax indicates allowing a current sequence to enable an ALF, encoding a cross-component adaptive loop filter (CCALF) sequence control enabling flag in the SPS syntax. The technical solutions of the present disclosure can improve the encoding performance.

The anti-counterfeiting face detection method comprises: acquiring a depth image, an infrared image and an RGB image by using a TOF camera and an RGB camera; analyzing the RGB image through a preset face detection algorithm to determine an RGB face region of a face in the RGB image and position information of the RGB face region; determining a depth face region of the face in the depth image and an infrared face region of the face in the infrared image based on the position information of the RGB face region; determining that the face passes the detection when the depth face region, the infrared face region and the RGB face region meet corresponding preset rules respectively.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for constructing a motion information candidate list, a method and an apparatus for triangle prediction decoding. The method includes: determining a checking order for each of spatial candidate blocks of a current image block; wherein the checking order for the spatial candidate block on top of the current image block is prior to the checking order for the spatial candidate block on the left of the current image block; determining spatial candidate motion information based on the checking order; and constructing a motion information candidate list corresponding to the current image block based on the spatial candidate motion information. The method can reduce coding consumption, and improve coding performance.
