Abstract: According to certain aspects of the invention, rotary actuation latches are disclosed. The latches include a disconnect feature, so that when locked certain elements of the latches are deactivated. The disconnect feature may be operated by a locking device, such as a key lock or other device. The latch may be a rotary compression latch.
Abstract: A weather resistant latch handle assembly including a pan having sidewalls with an opening from an interior side of the pan to an exterior side of the pan, a pan floor, and a recessed area defined by the sidewalls and the floor. Bushings are carried in the openings having an inner surface for receiving an actuator which extends from the exterior side of the pan to the interior side, and an outer surface for engaging the sidewall. A first annular groove is included in the inner surface of the bushing carrying a first o-ring for forming a seal between the inner surface of the bushing and the actuator. A second annular groove is included in the outer surface of the bushing carrying a second o-ring for forming a seal between the bushing and sidewall.
Abstract: Apparatus for shelling or husking cereals comprising a horizontally oriented rotatable drum, a perforated cylinder surrounding and spaced from the annular wall of the drum, a radial chamber on the inlet side of the drum, an annular chamber between the surface of the drum and the perforated cylinder, a collection chamber for the shells or husks outside the perforated cylinder, a collection chamber at the other end of the drum for the material that has been shelled or husked and a sealable lip at the downstream end of the perforated cylinder, the seal of which is adjustable to properly control the separation of the shelled material from the shells or husks.
Abstract: Grinding disk for disk mills, including a plurality of annular rings of cutting tools, wherein each ring of cutting tools is formed of a plurality of annularly spaced apart, generally radially oriented saw teeth sets, with the sets of teeth of radially adjacent annular rings being generally annularly offset.
