Abstract: Four embodiments or variations of launcher apparatus storing either one toy car, two toy cars, eight toy cars or ten toy cars are disclosed. As a safety feature a flex member is used to block toys or other objects that are not properly configured to deflect the flex member. If the flex member is not deflected and the object inserted will not push an ejector rearward from a relaxed position to a cocked position. When a proper toy is inserted, the ejector moves rearward and stretches a spring that supplies launch energy to the ejector and the toy. The flex member is also designed to allow the ejector to deflect the flex member when the ejector is snapped back from the cocked position to the relaxed position. A safety lock is mounted to the housing for preventing operation of the trigger mechanism when the launcher apparatus is not disposed on a surface.

Abstract: An intuitive music composition game platform with various modes of operation in a single reader system and a music mash up collectable card game and method using cards with tags and unique identifications. A single reading platform includes a cover for card storage and for supporting a smart device platform for reading many Near Field communication (NFC) embedded cards, with stacking features and colored light indicated input lanes selection for user identification and selection. Various game modes include individual, studio mix, party modes game play features in music mash up collectable card games, which may be used together with or independent of accessory devices as controllers, or smart device user interfaces with Bluetooth™ or Wi-Fi for communicating user selection and operation.

Abstract: Gaming systems and methods for a battling game which may use two or four physical toy tops and a stadium-shaped toy game board arena for physical game play interactions between game players. The battling 2-in-1 stadium battle dome allows a number of users to play on one side and then flip over to play on the other, encouraging 2 and 4 player battles. The stadium is shaped like a dome, enclosed on both sides, and there are two different sides to play on, overall creating four different play surfaces. The toy has double sided suspended play surfaces for corresponding game play with various surfaces of the different sides.

Abstract: A large capacity magazine apparatus for spherical projectiles, such as toy foam balls that may be used in conjunction with a launcher. The magazine includes drum and clip housings and a rotatable sprocket with longitudinal flutes that together form a smooth pathway for the foam balls to travel in the magazine and to alleviate jams. The smooth pathway includes a helical path, a transition path and a linear path within the housings. A constant force spring provides a rotational force for the sprocket and a plurality of articulated rigid balls function to push the foam balls out of the magazine and into a firing chamber of the launcher.

Abstract: A toy launcher apparatus of a soft foam dart where the dart is loaded onto a spike in a firing chamber by a pusher panel that presses against the nose of the dart. The apparatus includes a dart magazine with a feed mechanism. The pusher panel is followed by a barrier sleeve that prevents the next uppermost dart in the magazine, which is being biased upward by the feed mechanism, from causing either the uppermost dart or the second uppermost dart to distort and cause a jam. The barrier sleeve also prevents the magazine from being loaded through a top opening until the uppermost dart in the firing chamber is launched. Near the end of a cocking cycle, the pusher panel, which is connected to a cam follower tab that engages a cam member, moves away from a launch path of the dart in the firing chamber.

Abstract: A battle arena game apparatus with one or more symmetrical side tracks creating a one-way flow pattern that repeatedly exits spinning tops into a middle area of a battling surface to maximize the frequency of collisions between actively spinning tops for enhanced game play and fun for a user. A barrier at an exit of the one or more side tracks prevents the one or more spinning tops from entering the exit of the side tracks creating a one-way flow pattern of the one or more spinning tops from a periphery area of the battling surface to launch into the middle area of the battling surface to continuously engage spinning toy tops in combat.

Abstract: A traverse and elevation mechanism and a toy robot using the mechanism. The mechanism is placed in a rollable spherical housing and includes two cams and cam follower that adjust radial and angular positions of an internal magnetic element. The internal magnetic element is magnetically attracted to an external magnetic element such that movement of the internal magnetic element moves the external magnetic element.

Abstract: Gaming systems and methods for integrated computer-related and physical game play interactions between a game player, a physical game piece character and an electronic device are defined. The physical game piece character may be a combination of smaller parts where each combination transmits a unique alphanumeric identifier and control signals to an electronic device game application, where the game application features the physical game piece character and is responsive to the signals from the physical game piece character and transmits control signals to the physical game piece, which responds with sensory signals.

Abstract: Systems and methods for interaction between a user and a plurality of toys is disclosed where an interactive physical toy character senses inputs from a player and from a virtual toy character in a virtual environment. The virtual toy character likewise senses inputs from a player and a physical toy character so that bidirectional, multi-way gameplay involving a player, a physical toy and a virtual toy in a virtual environment is achieved.

Abstract: Apparatus and methods employing projectile feeding magazine storage and rapid fire toy launch apparatus in combination with dart funnel for feeding darts, anti-jamming loading and launching mechanisms, receiving a series of dart projectiles for rapid magazine loading and firing without mis-fed darts jamming up either the dart magazine or launcher. A magazine loading mechanism is positioned intermediate the funnel and the inserted magazine for receiving darts, and a stuffer mechanism above the inserted magazine penetrates the dart retaining lips of the magazine to stuff darts for loading into the magazine. The dart launching mechanism is positioned in the housing forward the inserted magazine.

Abstract: Toy electronic display structures to receive and support a user to rotating their electronic display device resulting in first and second viewing configurations, with a support mechanism disposing alternate facing gaming display and virtual reality viewing of the electronic display device. A smart phone with a display screen or like electronic display device is arranged to direct the display screen of the smart phone in oppositely disposed for different viewing configurations.

Abstract: A toy assembly includes: a platform configured to receive an object in a space extending from the platform; a dock configured to receive and hold a portable imaging device associated with a field of view, the dock being positioned relative to the platform such that the space extending from the platform overlaps with the field of view of the imaging device when the imaging device is received and held in the dock; a physical input configured to move in response to an applied manual force; and a movable connection between the physical input and the platform, the movable connection configured to move the platform relative to the imaging device in response to receiving a manual force.

Abstract: Gaming systems and methods for integrated computer-related and physical game play interactions between a game player, a physical game piece and an electronic device are defined. The physical game piece measures motion quantity and transmits motion data using a signal emitter when the signal emitter is actuated. The electronic device receives the transmitted signal, which a game application inputs along with user input. The game application uses the user input and the transmitted signal to tally game player score data in an accumulator.

Abstract: A toy apparatus including a figurine, a can for modeling compound mounted to the figurine and arranged as a head and face for the figurine. The figurine includes rotatable arms that are actuated by depressing the head/face can. Cans with different head and face characteristics are interchangeable with different figurine bodies, and the figurine's body includes recess molds for filling with modeling compound.
