Patent number: 8978999Abstract: A container for air freshening materials or other volatiles includes a receptacle or base and a cover that may be rotated from a closed position to multiple open positions while still engaged to the base to create vent passageway(s) between the cover and the base. A containment section of the base houses an air freshening material, such as a fragrance gel or potpourri, or a volatile, such as an insect repellant. The base further defines an alignment section adapted to rotationally and axially position the cover, an integrated sealing element, and an optional vent section. The alignment section includes a ramp and upper and lower locating elements coupled to the ramp. The alignment section engages at least one guide or a guide nub that extends from a depending arm of the cover. The guide or guide nub travels along the ramp from a first locating element when the cover is in a fully closed position to a second locating element when the cover is in a fully open position.Type: GrantFiled: April 20, 2011Date of Patent: March 17, 2015Assignee: Hayloft Enterprises, Inc.Inventors: Frank M. Lesniak, Kyle Brandenburg, John R. Hickman

Publication number: 20130341424Abstract: An air freshener clip removably engages with a louver or slat of a vent, such as an automotive heating and air conditioner vent. The clip may have a curved body that tapers from a clip bend at its proximal end to a tip at its distal end. When the clip is engaged over the louver or slat, the distal end of the curved body extends into the vent opening. The air freshener clip has an outer portion formed from one or more fragrance loaded polymers, and releases fragrance into an air stream that contacts the outer portion on the curved body and is directed out of the vent. An accessory may be removably attached or link to the clip to decorate or adorn the clip.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 28, 2013Publication date: December 26, 2013Applicant: Hayloft Enterprises, Inc.Inventors: Kyle Brandenburg, Frank M. Lesniak

Patent number: 8316859Abstract: An interocclusal appliance is formed from a single polymer material composition as one unitary piece or from multiple polymer material compositions as a two-piece preform. The two-piece preform includes a base material and an impression material that has a softening point lower than the base material. Teeth are received into the heat-softened impression material, so as to contour the impression material. A portion of the impression material also may contour to a portion of the user's palate. In certain embodiments, substantially no polymeric material contacts the front surfaces of the front teeth, leading to greater comfort and better air flow between front teeth. In still another embodiment, the appliance fits over front teeth only and no polymeric material contacts the maxillary molars.Type: GrantFiled: January 26, 2010Date of Patent: November 27, 2012Assignee: Hayloft Enterprises, Inc.Inventor: Frank M. Lesniak
