    Abstract: A press machine is provided. Two vertical hydraulic cylinders are arranged on an upper beam plate of a press machine body, and the two hydraulic cylinders correspond to workbenches at corresponding positions in a one-to-one correspondence, constituting left and right working units, and a common mechanical drive unit and a common hydraulic drive unit are set for the left and right working units. The mechanical driving unit is composed of a driving motor through an electromagnetic clutch, an electromagnetic brake and lead screw nut driving mechanism driven by a gear pair. According to the load profiles during the working process of hydraulic press machine, the mechanical driving unit or the hydraulic driving unit are selected to provide energy for the two working units. A control method for the press machine, a press machine execution system and a control method for the press machine execution system are further involved.

    Abstract: A vector-valued regularized kernel function approximation (VVRKFA) based fault diagnosis method for an analog circuit comprises the following steps: (1) obtaining fault response voltage signals of an analog circuit; (2) performing wavelet packet transform on the collected signals, and calculating wavelet packet coefficient energy values as feature parameters; (3) optimizing regularization parameters and kernel parameters of VVRKFA by using a quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm and training a fault diagnosis model; and (4) identifying a circuit fault by using the trained diagnosis model. In the invention, the classification performance of the VVRKFA method is superior to other classification algorithms, and optimization of parameters by the quantum particle swarm optimization (QPSO) algorithm is also superior to the traditional method of obtaining parameters.

In the present invention, the organofluorine modified epoxy resin is prepared from bisphenol A epoxy resin and hexafluorobisphenol A as raw materials in a mild environment in the presence of tri-(dimethylaminomethyl)phenol as a catalyst. Due to the reasonable proportion of the raw materials, the performance of the resin is optimized, the process is simple, and it is easy to realize industrial production. By using the modified resin as a matrix and adding a curing agent, a filler and an accelerant, a modified resin composite is prepared. In the present invention, a —CF3 group is introduced in the epoxy resin without changing the surface state of the epoxy composite insulating material, the volume/surface resistivity of the material is reduced, it is less likely to accumulate charges on the material surface.

The X-ray generator of the X-ray tomographic scanning device is used for X-ray generation. Through increasing detection accuracy of the detector inside the scanning device, radiation dose can be effectively reduced, thereby avoiding large radiation hazards to a patient during scanning. In this way, image quality is improved without increasing the radiation dose or even when the radiation dose is reduced. In addition, a processing method for image reconstruction is further improved under joint action of multiple groups of X-rays, thereby further improving data generation.

    Abstract: A segmented Kalman filter based anti-transient-impact-vibration-interference signal processing method and system for a vortex flowmeter with a microcontroller as a core are provided, which relate to a flow rate measurement field. The method includes: (1) seeking for data segments containing transient impact vibration interferences, (2) configuring a Kalman filter, (3) implementing Kalman filtering in segments, (4) analyzing frequency domain amplitude spectrum. A vortex flow signal is predicted and estimated by the Kalman filter to achieve an objective of reducing powers and proportions of transient impact vibration interferences. Even when multiple transient impact interference components exist, and powers of these interferences are larger than the power of the vortex flow signal, the interferences can still be eliminated to correctly extract a frequency of the vortex flow signal, as well as ensuring measurement accuracy of the vortex flowmeter under complicated working process.
