Patents Assigned to Hekuma GmbH
  • Patent number: 11814204
Abstract: Method for packing injection moulded parts, in particular parts used in medicine, like pipette tips, which are removed from cavities of an injection moulding machine and inserted into a storage or into packing containers, wherein the injection moulded parts are arranged in a workpiece holder, the injection moulded parts are removed from the workpiece holder in the form of first rows and these first rows are expanded, whereupon the injection moulded parts are removed from the expanded first rows in the form of second rows which extend perpendicular in relation to the first rows, and the second rows are expanded, whereupon the injection moulded parts from the second rows are inserted into packing containers or into a storage.

  • Patent number: 10457434
Abstract: Method for transferring injection moldings, in particular pipette tips (P), out of an injection-molding machine into packaging containers (V1 to V4), comprising the following steps: removing the injection moldings (P) in an annular arrangement from a mold (W) of the injection-molding machine by way of a removable gripper (100), converting the annular arrangement into a row arrangement of the injection moldings (P) in a transfer station (101), positioning the injection moldings (P) in the transfer station (101) in a manner corresponding to the positioning in a workpiece carrier (102), and transferring the injection moldings (P) into the workpiece carrier (102) by way of the transfer station (101), whereupon the injection moldings (P) are inserted into the packaging containers (V1 to V4) from the workpiece carrier (102).

  • Patent number: 10213781
Abstract: Method for aligning single elements (4) arranged in receiving pockets (3) of a transfer means (2), wherein the receiving pockets (3) are arranged in rows and are moved stepwise from one station into a following station, comprising the following steps: determining in which receiving pockets (3) incorrectly aligned single elements (4) are present, ejecting the single elements (4) determined as incorrectly aligned from the associated receiving pockets (3), turning the ejected single elements (4) by 180°, and re-inserting the turned single elements (4) into the associated receiving pockets (3).

  • Patent number: 7165967
Abstract: A multi-daylight mould moulding machine with more than two parting planes removes parts between a number of mould halves and transfers parts onto a conveying device, in which an arm of a removal device moves into a parting plane between opened mould halves. Parts are removed from mould cavities of a mould half and transferred to a transfer device, which deposits the parts on a conveying path. Parts in all the parting planes are removed simultaneously by a removal device, which has arms corresponding in their number to the number of parting planes. The removal device is moved into a first transfer position, parts from one group of arms are deposited by a transfer unit on a first conveying path and then moved into at least a second transfer position where parts from a further group of arms are deposited by a further transfer unit on a second conveying path.
