Patents Assigned to HENNIGES Automotive GmbH & Co. KG
  • Patent number: 10919386
Abstract: A bearing arrangement, which is provided for installation into a bearing carrier (1), has at least one pivot bearing (2) as well as at least one elastomer collar holding the pivot bearing (2), which has at least one friction-connection surface (5) formed in the for holding within the bearing carrier (1). An elastomer collar (4) has at least one elastomer fold (6), over the course of which the collar material has at least one stiffness weakening (7). The stiffness weakening (7) either features a reduction of material strength or an increase in elasticity.

  • Patent number: 10913339
Abstract: The invention relates to a window pane arrangement, especially a vehicle body window pane arrangement, including at least one pane of glass, and a profiled frame component surrounding the pane of glass, which is applied to one side of the pane of glass, on the edge of the pane. According to the invention, the profiled frame component includes a plurality of layers, a layer applied to the pane of glass being made of a hard material and at least one other layer being made of a soft material, and the profiled frame component includes, in the layer thereof made of a hard material, contact elements which can be brought into contact with the pane of glass and have application surfaces for an adhesive, and, in the layer thereof made of soft material, projections projecting over the layer of hard material.

  • Patent number: 9644749
Abstract: For sealing the steering column opening in a body panel located between passenger cell and engine compartment, an assembly consists of at least one steering column mounting bearing, at least one body panel flange and at least one elastomer suspension, via which the steering column mounting bearing is suspended from the body panel flange. The body panel flange is expanded housing-like into at least one series-specifically designed reducing piece, the elastomer suspension being at least partially embodied as a series-independent universal suspension. At least two damping chambers located between the reducing piece and the steering column mounting bearing are formed with the elastomer suspension.

  • Patent number: 8714625
Abstract: The invention relates to a profiled decorative molding for the window area of a motor vehicle, comprising a profiled part which is shaped preferably from plastic as a support for at least one decorative element. According to the invention, each decorative element is back-molded with the plastic provided for the profiled element such that at least an area of the profiled part, which is not covered by the decorative element, protrudes the lateral edge thereof. The protruding area of the profiled part is designed as an elastically deformable lip. Each decorative element is a blank from a film and each elastically deformable lip is designed as an injection of the profiled part which, as a result, comprises a hard and a soft material component. The back-molded profiled part is fixed to a dedicated location of the window area by means of connecting auxiliary means, such as for example adhesives or latch elements.

  • Publication number: 20130278010
Abstract: The invention relates to the securing of a pane of glass which is provided with an insert-molded edge section (6), in particular a pane of glass for an automobile, in a window opening which is provided for that purpose and which is preferably a window opening in the bodywork of an automobile. To that end, the insert-molded edge section (6) has catch protrusions (1) which are formed together during production of the section, and which can each be snap-connected respectively to catch holes (8) which are arranged in the edge region of the window opening and in particular in the automobile bodywork panel. In this way the pane of glass for an automobile, provided with an insert-molded edge profile, can be secured in a window opening in automobile bodywork more easily and thus more rapidly.

  • Publication number: 20110179628
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for arranging and fastening a decorative strip (2) in the region of a window (3) of a motor vehicle, wherein the decorative strip is connected to a profiled part (1) that serves as a decorative strip carrier. The thus prepared profiled part is then connected to a connecting profile (4) that is stationarily arranged in the region of the window. According to the invention, a soft elastic material is used as material for the profiled part and a projecting base area (11) of the profiled part is subjected to pressure from the outside and is squeezed into a narrow receiving element (6) of the decorative strip while its outer contour is deformed, the receiving element being located on the bottom side of the decorative strip, facing away from the visible side.
