When the second swing arm is at the second position, it is attached to the first swing arm, such that the second swing arm is obliquely supported between the flat board and the first swing arm.

There is a battery set in the casing also to provide the power for the LED light. A adjust portion is a long tube that made by soft material. The adjust portion can be bended to any angle and fixed at that angle. One end of the adjust portion connects to the LED light portion and the other end of the adjust portion has a connecting set thereof. A fix portion has a screw hole at one end and has a pit at the other end with a magnet therein. The adjust portion screws to the fix portion with the threaded section.
