    Abstract: A venting device and a tire mold are disclosed for use in a tire vulcanization process. The venting device includes a core shaft and a sleeve sleeved over the core shaft, a venting passage is formed between the sleeve and the core shaft, the core shaft includes a shaft body, one end of the shaft body is connected to a shaft head, the other end of the shaft body is connected to a shaft end piece provided with a groove extending through the shaft end piece, and an end of the groove facing away from the shaft head is closed. The shaft end piece is used for axially stopping the shaft body, and the shaft end piece is further used for assembling the sleeve and the core shaft by contracting and springing back.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and apparatus for cleaning a workpiece, and a method and apparatus for cleaning a ventless tire segment mold. The method for cleaning a workpiece comprises: heating the workpiece to a preset temperature; and applying a cleaning solution onto the workpiece so that the cleaning solution is vaporized instantaneously to form a micro-explosion at each shocking point, thereby peeling dirt off the workpiece and achieving the purpose of workpiece cleaning. The apparatus for cleaning a workpiece comprises: a heating device for heating the workpiece into a preset temperature range, and a cleaning device for applying a cleaning solution onto the workpiece so that the cleaning solution is vaporized instantaneously to form a micro-explosion at each shocking point, thereby peeling dirt off the workpiece and achieving the purpose of workpiece cleaning.

    Abstract: A pore-free tire segmented mold pattern block (100) and a segmented mold are provided. The pore-free tire segmented mold pattern block (100) is used for forming a tire segmented mold. The pattern block (100) comprises pattern pieces (1) that are stacked one on top the other. The pattern block (100) has an exhaust channel (20) communicated with an inner circumference surface (11) of each pattern piece (1) and an end surface (12) of the pattern block. The exhaust channel (20) comprises axial exhaust holes (27) that are axially disposed on the pattern block (100), communicate each pattern piece (1), and are communicated with the end surface (12) of the pattern block. Also disclosed is a cleaning method for the pore-free tire segmented mold pattern block (100) and the segmented mold. When the mold is cleaned, the exhaust channel (20) is used as a cleaning channel, and the axial exhaust holes (27) of the exhaust channel are used as an entrance for a cleaning medium.
