Publication number: 20130079181Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to, in combination, a protective cover in juxtaposition with artificial turf, the protective cover permitting air and water to pass through the protective cover and reduce bacteria growth and viruses in artificial turf while permitting dissipation of heat from artificial turf and to protect artificial turf and markings or indicia thereon from sunlight, frost, snow and ice. The protective cover includes a structure of at least one layer of an open mesh weave of thermoplastic material in which the weave has warp and weft strips forming a thin substantially uniform layer having opposed major surfaces and openings therein to permit moisture and air to pass therethrough, and a layer of lace coating on at least one of the major surfaces, the layer of lace coating only partially covering a portion of at least one major surface.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 27, 2012Publication date: March 28, 2013Applicant: Hinspergers Poly Industries Ltd.Inventor: Hinspergers Poly Industries Ltd.

Publication number: 20110010989Abstract: The present invention is directed to the use of a composite product for a plant pot filter, the composite comprises an open mesh weave of thermoplastic material, the weave has warp and weft strips which form a substantially uniform layer with opposed surfaces. The mesh defines individual slits extending through said layer. There is provided a discontinuous layer on one of the opposed surfaces, and a discontinuous layer on the other of the opposed surfaces. The invention is further directed to a plant pot having a moisture permeable filter, which comprises a composite filter, having the open mesh weave of thermoplastic material of the invention herein.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 20, 2009Publication date: January 20, 2011Applicant: HINSPERGERS POLY INDUSTRIES LTD.Inventor: Peter HINSPERGER

Publication number: 20080202129Abstract: A method for increasing the ability of a water surface to cool and freeze is disclosed. The method includes the steps of providing a substrate surface adapted to support a layer of ice, and providing a water-impermeable flexible sheet on top of the substrate surface which supports the flexible sheet, the sheet including at least first, second and third layers. The first layer includes a heat reflective coating for reflecting heat transmitted from the substrate back into the substrate, a second or middle layer which may be an insulative layer, and a third or uppermost layer including a non-reflective coating to reduce heat absorption, and providing a layer of water or ice on top of the water-impermeable flexible sheet whereby the flexible sheet enhances or lowers the temperature of the water on the surface by reducing the temperature transmission through the substrate surface and the upper surface or layer providing non-reflective properties to reduce heat transmission therethrough.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 22, 2008Publication date: August 28, 2008Applicant: HINSPERGERS POLY INDUSTRIES LTD.Inventor: Peter Hinsperger

Patent number: 6279986Abstract: A lawn or yard tractor personal enclosure has a frame supported on the tractor, conveniently by attachment to a seat mounting position. The enclosure has a top frame, back supports and support members attaching the supports to the tractor. A flexible enclosure, for example of netting, fits over the frame and is contoured to suit the tractor. L-shaped brackets at the lower ends of the back supports include quick release mounts to releasably attach the enclosure to a tractor.Type: GrantFiled: July 19, 2000Date of Patent: August 28, 2001Assignee: Hinspergers Poly Industries Ltd.Inventor: Peter Hinsperger
