The first resistor is connected between a power source and a differential signal output positive terminal of the laser transmitter; the first capacitor is connected between the differential signal output positive terminal and the a positive terminal of the laser transmitter; the second resistor is connected between the power source and a differential signal output negative terminal of the laser transmitter driver chip; the second capacitor is connected between the differential signal output negative terminal and a negative terminal of the laser transmitter; and the negative terminal of the laser transmitter and a negative terminal of the DBR raster are grounded.
