  • Patent number: 10190795
Abstract: In order to derive, from operation data obtained from an air conditioner, the correct cause of malfunction of the air conditioner and the suitable repair information, a diagnostic system is connected to an outdoor unit and the indoor units of the air conditioner, which is provided with communication units. A mobile communication terminal requests that the communication units of the air conditioner transmit the operation data and the model data to the mobile communication terminal, which then communicates with a maintenance server system storing a diagnostic program corresponding to each model of air conditioner. Then, either the maintenance server system or the mobile communication terminal uses the diagnostic program corresponding to the model data to make a diagnosis of the air conditioner on the basis of the received model data and operation data. The diagnostic result is displayed on a display unit of the mobile communication terminal.

  • Patent number: 10167438
Abstract: The present invention provides a compressor for refrigeration and air conditioning and a refrigeration and air conditioning device capable of achieving both favorable environmental performance and favorable refrigeration cycle efficiency. In the compressor for refrigeration and air conditioning, a refrigerator oil containing a polyol ester and a refrigerant containing difluoromethane are enclosed. The polyol ester has two or more repetitions of poly[2,2-di(alkanoyloxymethyl)oxytrimethylene] as a structural unit. Further, the polyol ester is composed of only one or both of a cyclic polyol ester, which is obtained by cyclically polymerizing a molecular chain having the structural unit, and a crosslinked polyol ester, which is obtained by crosslinking molecular chains having the structural unit with each other through a crosslinkable structural unit polymerized with the structural unit.

  • Patent number: 10066859
Abstract: An object is to prevent performance deterioration by a refrigerant having a low global warming potential (GWP) and to decrease the diameter of a connection pipe. A refrigerating cycle device includes a compressor 1, a heat source-side heat exchanger 3, a first expansion device 4, a liquid-side connection pipe 7, a second expansion device 21, a user-side heat exchanger 22, and a gas-side connection pipe 8 sequentially connected. In addition, a refrigerating cycle uses a refrigerant of R32. The outer diameters of the liquid-side connection pipe and the gas-side connection pipe are set to “(D0?1)/8 inch” (wherein “D0/8 inch” is the outer diameter of a connection pipe in the use of a refrigerant of R410A). The liquid-side connection pipe has a range of the D0 given “2?D0?4” and the gas-side connection pipe has a range of the D0 given “3?D0?8”.

  • Patent number: 10041712
Abstract: A refrigerant distributor includes an inlet pipe, a header pipe to which the inlet pipe has been connected and a plurality of refrigerant pipes connected to one end side of the header pipe which is opposite to the side that the inlet pipe is connected, below the inlet pipe in a vertical direction, and is configured such that a refrigerant which has flown into the header pipe through the inlet pipe is distributed into the plurality of refrigerant pipes. The header pipe is arranged such that a vertical upper side of the header pipe is inclined toward the one end side that the refrigerant pipes are connected. Thereby, it is possible to stably distribute the refrigerant to each refrigerant pipe while suppressing an increase in cost under flow rate conditions ranging from a rated operation condition to a low rotating speed operation condition.
