    Abstract: The present invention relates to 1,3,6,7-Tetrahydro-7-oxoimidazo[4,5-c][1,2,6]-thiadiazine 2-oxide derivatives of the general formula (I): ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.4 are the same or different and represent an alkyl group, an aryl group or an aralkyl group, each of which may have one or more substituents; and R.sub.3 represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, an alkyl group, an aryl group or an aralkyl group, each of which group may have one or more substituents, and a process for their preparation. The imidazothiadiazine derivatives have hypotensive and vasodilating activities and can therefore be used as medicaments.
