    Abstract: The device for throwing balls includes a frame having a striking mechanism formed of a striking arm and a striker. The striker is provided at the free end of the striking arm, and the striking arm is pivotably mobile via a shaft and combined with a driver suitable for pivoting the arm such that the striker can follow a circular path passing through a location intended to receive a ball. The striker includes a roller mounted so as to be freely rotatable about an axis parallel to that of pivoting of the striking arm.
