Abstract: A bicycle rack for supporting a bicycle has an attachment mount member configured for coupling to a transport vehicle. A support assembly is connected to the attachment mount member and is configured to hold a wheel of the bicycle. A vertical support beam is connected at a first end to the support assembly. When the bicycle rack is used to transport a bicycle, the vertical support beam is stationary relative to the support assembly. A seat anchoring assembly is attached at a second end of the vertical support beam and is configured to hold a portion of a set of the bicycle.

Abstract: A car carrier adapted to mount to a trailer hitch of a vehicle with a motion-dampening mechanism. The carrier includes a horizontal hitch insert assembly, an upright column assembly rotatably engaged to the horizontal hitch insert assembly and at least one resistive member coupled to the upright column assembly. The resistive member can be actuated to produce a resistive force along the horizontal hitch insert assembly to dampen a movement of the upright column assembly when the upright column assembly is rotated.

Abstract: A device for attaching weights to a user's hands and/or wrists during exercise without occupying the user's fingers and thumbs. A thumb anchoring element, an adjustable palm attachment, and an adjustable wrist attachment are implemented to securely attach the device to a user. The device has a handweight compartment or/and a wristweight compartment to accommodate adjustable weights to the user's liking.

Abstract: A bicycle carrier for mounting to a trailer hitch on an automobile or the like, has a carrier frame for carrying one or more cycles, and a coupling assembly attached to the frame, the coupling assembly including first and second members adapted for insertion into the hitch and a screw adjustable for effecting relative displacement of the two members transversely to the hitch making a tight friction-fit of the coupling to keep the cycle carrier frame from wobbling on the hitch.
