Abstract: Apparatus are disclosed for multi-hook hangers for steaming fabrics. An example hanger includes hooks that include rod hooks for hanging from a rod. The rod hooks include a first rod hook and a second rod hook that are spaced apart from and parallel to each other. The hooks also include a back hook for hanging from a wall hook. The back hook is coupled to the first rod hook and the second rod hook. The example hanger also includes arms including a first arm and a second arm. Each of the arms include a back arm segment, a front arm segment spaced apart from the back arm segment, and a curved end extending between and connecting the front arm segment and the back arm segment. The example hanger also includes a base connecting the hooks to respective arms.

Abstract: A device for softening fabrics in a dryer comprising a generally spherically-shaped outer body with one or more truncated surfaces and a securing mechanism for dryer sheets is disclosed. Various embodiments of the present disclosure include a dryer device having an open-ended body with a central securing mechanism coupled to an interior surface of the body. The securing mechanism includes a panel with a plurality of slits to form moveable flaps configured to secure a dryer sheet within the panel such that the sheet remains secured to the dryer device while tumbling through fabrics in a dryer load. The dryer device can further include a plurality of protrusions extending from an exterior wall of the open-ended body. Each protrusion can have a rounded shape that curves along a distance between the first open end and the second open end to create the generally spherical outer shape of the dryer device.

Abstract: An iron rest assembly removably attachable to an ironing board is provided. The iron rest includes a pair of support areas with a recess area therebetween, a basket suspended below the recess area for storing an iron, and a pair of bars extending away from a back end of the iron rest assembly. The pair of bars serves to attach the iron rest assembly to the ironing board.

Abstract: A collapsible laundry hamper comprising a collapsible frame and a panel member removably attached to the frame to enclose and define the hamper. The frame includes a top frame member, a bottom frame member, and a set of elongate upright frame members disposed therebetween. Each of the upright frame members comprises at least two sub-members. The members are biased into engagement with each other via a biasing member. The biasing member maintains the frame members in a rigid frame position. The members are capable of being pulled apart against the biased engagement provided by the biasing member and articulated to allow the frame to be placed into a collapsed position. When either one of the top frame member and the bottom frame member is pulled away from the other in the collapsed position, the frame is urged to return to the rigid frame position under the influence of the biasing members.

Abstract: A storage container is provided which includes a first member and a second member. The first member includes a bottom wall and a side wall defining a first central area for receipt and storage of at least a lower portion of an article therebetween. The side wall includes a top flange having a plurality of posts formed in a stand section opposite a handle section, relatively to the first central area. The second member includes a top wall and a side wall defining a second central area for receipt and storage of at least an upper portion of the article therebetween. The side wall of the second member includes a bottom flange having a plurality of holes formed in a stand section opposite a handle section relatively to the second central area. In a closed state of the storage container when the second member is positioned in an opposite manner to the first member, the plurality of posts is fittingly engaged with the plurality of holes in a first direction.

Abstract: A tray system is described herein comprising a plurality of trays. Each of the trays comprise generally increasing widths and lengths, and may be alternatively arranged in a stacked configuration, in which a tray with a larger width and length is stacked on a tray with a smaller width and length, or in a nested configuration, in which a tray with a smaller width and length is nested within a tray with a larger width and length. The trays further comprise latches that selectively lock the trays in the stacked configuration and prevent the accidental unlocking thereof when the stacked trays are being lifted or otherwise moved.

Abstract: A drying rack is generally disclosed herein. The drying rack is for use with a generally fixed surface, such as a wall or a laundry appliance. The drying rack has a first and a second frame member, the second frame member movable with respect to the first frame member. The drying rack also has an expandable assembly connected to and disposed between the first and the second frame members. Further more, the drying rack has an attachment means engaged to the second frame member, wherein the attachment means secures the drying rack to the wall or laundry appliance.

Abstract: A collapsible clothes drying rack is disclosed herein. An embodiment of the collapsible drying rack has a first frame member that is collapsible between a folded position and an extended position. The first frame member may have a first locking arm engaged thereto. The embodiment may also have a plurality of rods, wherein each rod may be of equal length. Each rod may have a first end and a second end, and the first end of each rod may be selectively engaged to either the first frame member or the first locking arm. The embodiment may also have a second frame member collapsible between a folded position and an extended position. The second frame member may have a second locking arm engaged thereto. The second end of each of rod may be selectively engaged to either the second frame member or the second locking arm.

Abstract: An ironing board with scissor legs, one pivoted to the board. A leg support clip has a base member and a pair of flexible locking fingers, and the base member has a first portion engaging one side of a plate of a mounting member on the ironing board, and a second portion engaging the opposite plate side, with a connecting portion extending from the one plate side to the opposite plate side. The second portion also includes a leg spaced from the connecting portion with a locking member extending therefrom and received in a plate opening. The fingers extend away from the plate section and engage sides of the adjustable leg, and have outer ends spaced from the base member and spaced from one another a distance different than the spacing between the engaged sides of the adjustable leg to releasably lock the adjustable leg in a storage position adjacent the board bottom.

Abstract: A stackable container, including side walls extending upwardly from a bottom wall and defining an open-top, enclosed space therein, and rigid support members spaced about the bottom wall, the rigid support members having a vertical height. The side walls are tapered outwardly so as to be stackable in a nesting relationship within a similar container with a stacking offset less than the support members vertical height whereby the support members are supported on aligned rigid support members of the similar container. Outwardly tapered stress-relieving triangular corner surfaces extend upwardly between 130° and 140° from corners of the bottom wall and connect to side walls to form each junction of the bottom wall with two side wall.

Abstract: A container for storing elongated articles. The container comprises an elongated base member, a caddy member, and a lid member. The base member has upstanding side walls, a closed bottom portion and an open top portion. The caddy member has upstanding side walls, a closed top portion and an open bottom portion that may be received in covering relationship with the base member. The top portion of the caddy member has a recessed storage portion and a handle member. A lid member is received in covering relationship with the caddy member and includes an opening for receipt of the handle member therethrough.

Abstract: A portable ironing pad that comprises a flexible laminate structure that includes a coated cotton cover layer, a foam layer, a fiber pad layer, and a rubber mesh layer. The layers are superimposed upon one another and are secured together along the peripheral edges thereof by a stitched welting. A storage pouch is stitched to one end of the ironing pad for receipt of the folded ironing pad therein.

Abstract: A latch arrangement for a drawer includes a latching mechanism having a latch element and a latching mechanism-receiving structure formed as part of a drawer. The structure includes two integral spring elements for biasing the latching mechanism upwardly. The latching mechanism and the drawer have cooperating, snap-engageable retaining features that allow the latching mechanism to move over a vertical range of movement but retain the latching mechanism on the structure. The structure and the remaining portions of the drawer can be molded as a unitary plastic part. The latching mechanism can be molded as a second unitary plastic part.
