Abstract: A light-emitting diode lamp includes a top shell, a bottom shell fixed to the top shell, a printed circuit board carrying light-emitting diodes, a lens, and a latch fixed on the bottom shell movably. The bottom shell defines two grooves. One end of the grooves is open and adjacent to the open end of the other groove. The printed circuit board is between the top shell and the bottom shell. The lens is slidingly retained by the grooves. The latch is located at the open ends of the grooves and preventing the lens from disengaging from the grooves.

Abstract: A power supply converting circuit includes a multi-phase pulse-width modulation (PWM) controller, a single-phase PWM controller, some first voltage converting circuits, a second voltage converting circuit, and an electrical switch unit. The multi-phase PWM controller provides some first PWM signals and a second PWM signal. The single-phase PWM controller provides a third PWM signal. The first voltage converting circuits receive the first PWM signals to output a first power supply to a central processing unit (CPU) chipset. The electrical switch unit receives the second and third PWM signals to selectively output the second or third PWM signal to the second voltage converting circuit to output one of the first and second power supplies, such that the second voltage converting circuit selectively outputs one of the first and second power supplies to the CPU chipset.

Abstract: A system and method for measuring a border of an image of an object includes setting measurement parameters, selecting a start point, an end point, and a image capture direction, and marking isS=true, moving a CCD lens to a current point, capturing an image by the CCD lens, and obtaining sequential border points of the image. The method further includes determining if the sequential border points are fuzzy, performing an automatic focus function if the sequential border points are fuzzy, or further determining the border of the object has been completely captured if the sequential border points are clear, calculating accurate border points if the border of the object has not been completely captured, and determining a new start point to capture the next image of the object.

Abstract: A clamp changing apparatus includes a coupling device capable of being secured on a robot arm and a clamp-holding device. The coupling device includes a main body defining a blind hole, a connecting portion defining a through hole communicating with the blind hole, and a piston. The connecting portion has a ring-shaped protrusion aligned with the through hole facing away from the main body. The protrusion defines a plurality of holes running through the lateral wall thereof, each of the holes receives a rigid ball in which the diameter is bigger than the depth of the hole. The piston is received in the blind hole and the through hole, and is slidable along them to push the rigid balls out of the protrusion. The clamp-holding device is capable of being fixed to a clamp and defines a latching hole corresponding to the protrusion.
