Abstract: In order to enable higher operational and manipulation security in the radio remote control of building or enclosure closures by simple means, the invention provides a method for remote control of an automatic building or enclosure closure (12.1, 12.2, 12.3), comprising: a) transmitting actuation signals (32.1-32.3) with authorization data by means of a transmitter (14) by radio, b) receiving the actuation signals (32.1, 32.2, 32.3) by a receiver, c) determining the authorization on the basis of the received data, and d) controlling the building or enclosure closure (12.1, 12.2, 12.3) to perform the action when authorization is available; wherein in step a) a first actuation signal (32.1) is repeatedly transmitted alternately on a first frequency using a first modulation and a second actuation signal (32.
Abstract: The invention relates to a building or enclosure termination opening and/or closing apparatus (10) having communication signed or encrypted by means of a key, and to a method for operating such. To allow simple, convenient and secure use by exclusively authorised users, the apparatus comprises: a first and a second user terminal (14, 30), with secure forwarding of a time-limited key from the first to the second user terminal being possible. According to an alternative, individual keys are generated by a user identification (42) and a secret device key (40).

Abstract: The invention relates to a door drive device (11) for driving a door leaf (18) of a door (10), comprising a traction mechanism (13) designed in particular as a rope drive, the mechanism comprising a traction means monitoring device (28) for monitoring a breakdown of a traction means (Z1, Z2). In order to provide a simple design, which can be installed with particular ease, yet ensures safe operation, the traction means monitoring device (28) consists of mechanical blocking devices (150, 160) acting in opposing door movement directions and blocking when the traction means tension of an associated traction means (Z1, Z2) decreases and a load monitoring device (78) for a motor drive assembly (49) for load interruption when one of the blocking devices (150, 160) blocks.
Abstract: A light barrier housing is provided in a light barrier for monitoring an automatically driven architectural closure. In order to reduce mounting work, a cable connection having at least one clamped connection is provided.

Abstract: A shaft operator assembly for moving a door assembly which includes a movable door leaf and a door shaft attached to the door leaf for common movement together. A shaft connecting unit includes a shaft connecting element and a connecting plate element and connects a driven member of the shaft operator assembly with minimal space requirements to the door shaft. The connecting plate element, which can be secured to or integrally configured with the driven member, is relatively thin to permit the jack shaft operator and connecting plate element to be shifted into a fitted position even where little space is available. The shaft connecting element is mountable non-rotatably on the door shaft and includes an axial opening extending through the shaft connecting element for receiving the door shaft.
Abstract: The invention relates to an emergency release device for a building closure operator for decoupling a motorized building closure from a motor operator assembly under emergency conditions. To diminish the risk of injury by free-fall of a decoupled building closure wing by a simple and cost-effective design the invention proposes providing a safety or securing unit which safeguards or secures the emergency release device against unintentional or unauthorized actuation.

Abstract: A separating device for a door leaf that is moveable overhead has a coupling element movable between a coupling position, in which the coupling element couples an output element of the drive device to the structural component, and a freewheeling position, in which the output element of the drive device is decoupled from the structural component. A locking member is provided which is movable between at least one release position, in which the locking member allows a movement of the coupling element into the freewheeling position, and at least one locking position, in which the locking member counteracts a movement of the coupling element into the freewheeling position. The locking member can be coupled to the drive device.
Abstract: The invention relates to a locking device and a door-drive device comprising a locking device for a door which can be secured against opening by unauthorized persons using force from the exterior. The locking device has a lever element consisting of two lever arms which pivot about a first pivoting shaft. A connecting element is hinged to the first lever arm for connecting the door and the second lever arm which has an engaging device.
