    Abstract: A flow meter (10) for liquids, the meter having a measurement casing (12) with a first connection (20) and a second connection (22), a measuring unit (24) pivoted to the measurement casing (12), with a sensor element (26), a sensor casing (14) that can be coupled to the measurement casing (12) and which partially encompasses the measurement casing, with a sensor (28) that responds to the sensor element (26) for determining the quantity of liquid flowing through the measurement casing.     Abstract: The invention relates to a hybrid pump for delivering a liquid pump medium, comprising a rotor consisting of substantially non-elastic plastic, which is situated in the pump chamber and can rotate about a rotor axis. Said rotor has a base plate associated with the lower lateral surface of the pump chamber and several rotor parts that are spaced substantially at a uniform distance around the periphery, extend towards the opposite lateral surface of the pump chamber and are permanently connected to the base plate. A preferably curved rotor blade is pivotally hinged on the outer end of each rotor part, forming pump chambers of the rotor between neighboring rotor parts and rotor blades, said chambers being open towards the upper lateral surface of the pump chamber and the bases of said chambers being formed by the base plate of the rotor. The pump is characterized in that the bases of the pump chambers follow a concave arc, rising from the outer edge of the base plate inward towards the rotor axis.

A rotor (5) is eccentrically arranged in the housing chamber (3) which is substantially enclosed in a circular manner. The rotor (5) has a plurality of circumferentially spaced vanes (6) which are radially arranged at least in some segments and are made of a material that is resiliently deformable under centrifugal force. The eccentricity (14) of the rotor (5) in relation to the housing chamber (3) and the elasticity of the rotor vane (6) are such that in a first phase of low rotational speed, the radially distant end areas (7) of each vane (6) touch only some or no circumferential segments (4) of the housing chamber (3) in the course of one rotor (5) rotation, whereas in a second phase of higher rotational speed, the radially distant end areas (7) of all vanes (6) touch the inner wall (4) of the housing chamber (3) essentially during the entire rotor (5) rotation.
