    Abstract: A system and method are provided for guiding a laser beam over a series of identical objects which can have varying arrangement relative to conveying and cutting apparatus. The present invention uses image position data to calculate deviations in position between a reference image and subsequent images, and to correct the cutting instructions based upon same.
