The lifting system has a first arm hinged to the frame, at least one thrust actuator connected to the frame and to the first arm to move the first arm, a second arm slidingly mounted with respect to the first arm, a lifting actuator connected to the first arm and to the second arm to move the second arm, a connection system connected to the second arm and to the counterweight.
