    Abstract: This invention relates to a method and system for detecting a dummy paging channel message. the method includes the steps of: providing a reference dummy paging channel burst sequence; receiving a plurality of raw burst data; comparing every bits of the reference dummy paging channel burst sequence and every bits of a specific raw burst data of the raw burst data to obtain a matching metric according to a comparing result thereof; and determining the raw burst data is a dummy paging channel message if the matching metric is greater than a dummy paging channel threshold value.

    Abstract: This invention relates to a method for reporting SRS in discontinuous reception and a wireless communication system thereof. The wireless communication system includes a user equipment (UE), a serving cell and a base station. The UE is for transmitting a periodic Sounding Reference Signal (SRS) and an aperiodic SRS, wherein the UE monitors a PDCCH in an active time. The serving cell has a serving range, wherein the UE is in the serving range of the serving cell. The base station is for performing connection to the UE and serving the serving cell. The UE transmits the aperiodic SRS no matter whether UE is in active time or not when the UE has been triggered to report the aperiodic SRS by a SRS request from the base station.

    Abstract: In a method for off-line analyzing crashed programs, a simulator of a debugger is made to enter into a running state, and set breakpoints in the running state. Register and memory signals are separated from a dump signal outputted by a platform during crash. The debugger is used to replace, at the breakpoints, register and memory signals of the simulator originally in the running state with the register and memory signals separated from the dump signal. A debugging signal in the running state is replaced with a debugging signal during crash. The debugger is used to analyze reasons of crash based on the debugging, register, and memory signals after replacement. By separating the register and memory signals from the dump signals outputted by the platform during crash without involving any OS signal, there is no need to modify the platform and the GDB debugger when analyzing the reasons of crash.

    Abstract: System and method for enhancing scheduling/priority handling and multiplexing on transmitting data of different logical channels includes a receiver and a processor. The receiver receives a payload unit. The processor processes payload unit and enhances scheduling/priority handling and multiplex from different logical channels. The processor calculates data that can be transmitted with available resource for each logical channel, prioritizes the logical channels with decreasing priority order, performs first round resource allocation without partition, prioritizes logical channels with remaining data that is not performed with first round resource allocation with strict decreasing priority order, and performs second round resource allocation with partition. As such, scheduling/priority handling and the multiplexing in a multiple carrier system will be carried out so as to increase the efficiency of resource allocation.
