The homogeneity of the fusidic acid is 90% to 110% of the suggested fusidic acid content, and the amount of air present in the cream is lower than 5 vol %. Furthermore, the present invention also relates to a method for preparing the composition. First, a placebo cream and a suspension of fusidic acid are prepared, which are subsequently mixed at a temperature above the melting point of the placebo cream.
