The lens can include: a first surface; and a second surface spaced apart from the first surface such that the lens has a variable thickness between the first surface and the second surface. The first surface can include substantially an arc. The second surface can include a substantially elliptical curve and the lens can be a smooth, arcuate, substantially plano lens. Other embodiments are disclosed.
