Patents Assigned to Ideamed N.V.
  • Patent number: 6378521
Abstract: A speaker cone assembly comprises a felted paper-type cone fabricated of a composite material and a molded surround. The composite cone material contains natural fibers and synthetic fibers, where the synthetic fibers are able to chemically bond to material of the surround, thereby forming an improved bond during the molding procedure by which the surround is formed and attached to the cone. The method of preparing the composite cone material includes formulating and refining the natural fibers, preferably before adding the synthetic fibers.

  • Patent number: 6332870
Abstract: In use of at least two electrode pairs for the generation of a difference signal that corresponds to the flow through a vein upstream and downstream of the connection of a venous duct to the vein, a first signal is generated that corresponds to the resistance over the first electrode pair, upstream of the connection of the venous duct to the vein, a second signal is generated that corresponds to the resistance over the second electrode pair, downstream of the connection of the venous duct to the vein, and the difference signal between the first and the second signal is then determined so that a regional blood flow through a person or an animal can be determined.

  • Patent number: 6216696
Abstract: An artificial respiration device for giving artificial respiration to a human being or mammal, includes a tube designed to pass through the mouth and the pharynx towards the entrance of the trachea until beyond the vocal chords. The far end of the tube for passing towards the trachea opens out into a flexible hose having a greater diameter than the tube, the hose is made of a material or materials with a certain memory. A pulling force exerted on the end of the hose makes the hose constrict, in such a way, that after the hose has been constricted, memory action causes it to assume substantially its original shape after the removal of the pulling force.
