Abstract: A flat panel cardboard packaging for protecting a flat panel (FP) comprises a base part (2), first and second side walls (6, 10) extending along parallel first and second sides of the base part (2), at least a first lid part (14, 18) adapted for covering the flat panel (FP) placed on the base part (2) between the side walls (6), and at least a first cushioning part (24). The first side wall (6) is supported at a first angle (?1), which is different from 0° to a plane perpendicular to the base part (2), to form a first side deformation zone. The first cushioning part (24) comprises 10 an outer gable portion (28) and an inner gable portion (30) which is arranged at a free inner distance (IS) from the outer gable portion (28), thereby forming an end deformation zone between the outer and inner gable portions (28, 30).
Abstract: The present invention concerns a furniture module of a cupboard, book shelf, chests of drawers and like furniture. The module (1) is formed of two opposite sides (2, 3) and a top (5) and bottom (4) placed at opposite ends of the sides (2, 3), forming a frame. At least two columns of mounting openings (6, 7, 8, 9) are placed on the inside of the sides (2, 3) for attaching shelves, drawers, doors etc. The mounting openings (6, 7, 8, 9) of each column are placed at even spacing, giving an equal distance (M) between adjacent mounting openings (6, 7, 8, 9). The distance between the uppermost mounting opening (6, 7, 8, 9) in each column of mounting openings and the upper side of the module (1) is one and a half (M+½M) of the distance between adjacent mounting openings (6, 7, 8, 9). Also the distance between the lowermost mounting hole in the column of mounting holes and the lower side of the module (1) is one and a half (M+½M) of the distance between adjacent mounting openings (6, 7, 8, 9).
Abstract: The invention relates to an apparatus for forming a layered mat of non-oriented particles in a particle board production process, comprising first rollers for size-fractionating a continuous stream of particles into a first and a second fraction; second rollers arranged lower than the first rollers, to receive the first fraction, the second rollers being capable of further size-fractionating said first fraction; and third rollers arranged lower than the second rollers, for receiving said second fraction, the third rollers being capable for further size-fractionating said second fraction; the apparatus further comprising a receiving surface, movable along a longitudinal dimension of the apparatus, and arranged to receive said fractionated first fraction and said fractionated second fraction from said second and third rollers, at different longitudinal positions; wherein the first rollers and the third rollers are pin-type rollers.
Abstract: A piece of furniture (1) has a first piece (4) attached to second and third pieces (2) being perpendicular to the first piece (4) and where two opposing edges (5) of the first piece (4) are attached to one of the second and third pieces (2) each. The edges (5) of the first piece (4) are received in a groove (10) of each of the second and third pieces (2), that the first piece (1) is perpendicular to the second and third pieces (2) and that the second and third pieces (2) are placed parallel to each other. The mounting of a back of a cupboard is made in that two opposing vertical edges of the back is received in a vertical groove each at the edge of two side pieces, which two side pieces are arranged at the two opposing vertical edges of the back.
Abstract: A method of continuous manufacture of a composite hollow board material comprising a first surface and a second surface, and between the first and second surfaces a plurality of distance members is disclosed. The method comprises providing material for the first surface from a first reel via a first guide roller towards an output lane; providing material for the second surface from a second reel via a second guide roller towards the output lane; and providing material for the distance members from a third reel towards the output lane such that the distance members comprises strips arranged, at any cross section perpendicular to the first and second surfaces and the direction of the output lane, perpendicular to the first and second surfaces and continuous along the output lane.
Abstract: The present invention concerns a method for forming longitudinal undercut grooves in wood products. It also concerns a cutting blade (5, 12, 14, 15) that could be used in the method. According the invention a longitudinal straight groove (4) is formed in a wooden work piece (1) in a first step, for instance by means of a circular saw blade (2). In a second step the work piece (1) is moved pass the cutting blade (5, 12, 14, 15) to form an undercut groove (7, 8, 9, 10), which undercut groove is either symmetric or asymmetric. The cutting blade (5, 12, 14, 15) has a number of cutting heads (6). The cutting width of the cutting heads increase from a first cutting head (6a) to a last cutting head (6b).
Abstract: The present invention concerns a piece of furniture (1) having a first piece (4) attached to second and third pieces (2) being perpendicular to the first piece (4) and where two opposing edges (5) of the first piece (4) are attached to one of the second and third pieces (2) each. The edges (5) of the first piece (4) are received in a groove (10) of each of the second and third pieces (2), that the first piece (1) is perpendicular to the second and third pieces (2) and that the second and third pieces (2) are placed parallel to each other. The invention also concerns mounting of a back of a cupboard.
Abstract: The invention relates to a piece of furniture (1) comprising at least two drawers (2, 3, 4) which lie one above the other and which comprise similar front panels (5) that can be removably connected to lateral walls (6, 7) of the drawers (2, 3, 4) via furniture fittings (10, 20). The furniture fittings (10, 20) can be fixed in bores (51, 52) of the front panels (5) using fixing elements (8) which lie one above the other. Each furniture fitting (10, 20) has three fixing points (11, 12, 13, 21, 22, 23) for the fixing elements (8), each said furniture fitting (10, 20) being fixed to the front panel (5) at only two fixing points (11, 12, 13, 21, 22, 23) of the furniture fitting (10, 20) by means of the fixing elements (8) in order to determine a different height of the front panel (5) relative to the lateral wall (6, 7) of the drawer (2, 3, 4).
