    Abstract: A tape cartridge having a tape wound between a pair of rotative reels and the tape can be drawn from the cartridge, an expansive belt or rotative rollers is/are contacted on the surface of parts of the tape which are wound around the reels for eliminating the air between the tape layers, for removing dust adhered on the surface of the tape. Thereby, the appearance of the tape wound the reels can be increased and the occurrence of drop-out or increase in the rate of error can be prevented.
