  • Publication number: 20100004949
Abstract: A computer-implemented system, method, and/or computer program product for translating intraoperative neurophysiologic monitoring (IONM) data obtained from multiple commercially available but incompatible IONM device types. The module includes the functions of receiving the IONM data (including IONM event data) from at least one IONM device during a surgery being monitored and interacting with an individual to obtain additional information (e.g., patient, insurance, billing, accounting, research data, etc.). The module can also extract pertinent information from the IONM data and the additional information and translate the pertinent information into a translated pertinent information in a platform independent format. The module can also report the translated pertinent information (including business and clinical reports).
