Abstract: A cold sterilizer, for deterging/decontaminating, sterilizing, drying and storing until the time of use medical devices, optionally the thermo-labile ones, in particular flexible and rigid endoscopes for surgical and diagnostic use, suitable for operating with sterilizing agents effective in the range 20-35° C.
Abstract: A machine for the cold sanification of medical devices comprises at least one sanification chamber (2) adapted to housing at least one medical device to be treated, means (3) for supplying one or more sanification fluids comprising a plurality of hydraulic circuits (4, 4?, 4?) each having a drawing conduit (5, 5?, 5?) for the sanification fluids connectable to a respective reservoir (S, S\ S?) and a plurality of delivering conduits (6, 6?, 6?, . . . ) connected with the sanification chamber (2) for introducing the pressurized fluids therein, means (7) for fluidically connecting one or more of the drawing conduits (6, 6?, 6?, . . . ) with corresponding inner channels of the device housed into the sanification chamber (2). The supplying means (3) comprise a central collector (9) interposed between the drawing conduits (5, 5?, 5?) and the delivering conduits (6, 6?, 6?, . . . ) for receiving from the first the fluids an to supply to each of the delivering conduits (6, 6?, 6?, . . .

Abstract: The subject matter of the present invention is the adamantane 5,7-diphenyl-1,3-diazoadamantan-6-one derivative per se and the aqueous disinfectant compositions, characterized in that they contain this molecule, and/or the molecule of at least another adamantane derivative, associated in particular with peracetic acid. The disinfectant compositions according to the invention can be utilized as such or water-diluted at the time of use. The disinfectant compositions according to the invention are sporicidal, bactericidal, fungicidal and virucidal for very short contact times.
